Where is Oresis Panoramic Retreat?

Is the pool private?
Yes. The pool at Oresis Panoramic Retreat is private to the villa, with loungers and parasols on the deck and the sea beyond.
How many guests, bedrooms and bathrooms does the villa have?
Oresis Panoramic Retreat sleeps up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with its own terrace. There are 2.5 bathrooms, plus an outdoor shower. Two bedrooms have a 1.60 × 2.00 m bed and one has a 1.80 × 2.00 m bed.
How far is the beach?
Xygia Beach is a 10-minute walk from Oresis Panoramic Retreat, about 400 m away. Cavo Segounia, a rocky bay, lies below the villa, and Makris Gialos and Klimati are a 3- and 4-minute drive.
What is Cavo Segounia?
Cavo Segounia is the quiet rocky bay below Oresis Panoramic Retreat, with sea caves and turquoise water. It is fed by the same sulphur springs as neighbouring Xygia.
Does the villa face sunrise or sunset?
Sunrise. Oresis Panoramic Retreat faces east, so the sun rises out of the Ionian Sea in front of the terrace.
How far are Navagio and the Blue Caves?
From Oresis Panoramic Retreat, Navagio (Shipwreck Beach) is a 20-minute drive and the Blue Caves are 24 minutes. Maria can arrange a private boat day to swim inside the caves and see Navagio from the water.
How far are the airport and Zakynthos Town?
Zakynthos Airport (ZTH) is a 35-minute drive from Oresis Panoramic Retreat, and Zakynthos Town is 30 minutes. Maria can arrange transfers on request.
Do we need a car?
Xygia Beach and Cavo Segounia can be reached on foot from Oresis Panoramic Retreat, but the other beaches, Zakynthos Town and the airport are drives. Parking at the villa is free, and Maria can arrange transfers or car and bicycle rental.
Is there wifi for remote work?
Yes. Oresis Panoramic Retreat has 300 Mbps wifi and a dedicated workspace.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in at Oresis Panoramic Retreat is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability.
Can Maria arrange boat tours, wine tours or a private chef?
Yes. Maria, the host of Oresis Panoramic Retreat, can arrange private boat days, winery visits, a chef at the villa, a golden-hour cruise, diving and massage. She confirms and quotes these separately; they aren’t part of the payment at booking.
Is it good for families?
Oresis Panoramic Retreat sleeps up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms, with a full kitchen and an outdoor table for 8. The two ground-floor bedrooms open directly onto the pool terrace, so please ask Maria before booking about anything your children need.

How do I book direct and pay?
Choose your dates in the Reserve section of the Oresis Panoramic Retreat website. The full price is charged by card through Stripe when you book, and Maria will then be in touch to plan your stay.
What is the cancellation policy?
Oresis Panoramic Retreat gives a 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. There is no refund after that.
